I agree with you that methods of worship do show the path to inner realisation. The context of the article is for the present time, where methods of worship have been turned into just rituals. I am sure there are some people who do follow their methods of worship for the inward journey. In the early days when the Abrahamic religions were created, they too showed the path to inner truth, but with passage of time they have become means to control the mind and have power over people. Our Sanatan Dharma has always guided us through numerous paths for inner realisation. Namaskar!!
